Announcement: At 3:30pm today, H2M Devs have received a cease and desist order from Activision. It's ironic that the multi-billion game publisher can act so quickly to strike down a community created mod, but subsequently can't fix terminal loading issues/serious security breaches that have existed on MWR for multiple years. This game is also back to full price on Steam...

If you are planning on buying MWR to play the H2M mod, please avoid doing so. It will not be going live at all. Don't waste your money on this delusional publisher. I can't believe they're this out of touch with their own veteran fan base.

BTW, if you disable the Cache Shaders option in the Video settings you won't get the shader popup when you load the game.

H1-Mod has a launch option called memory fix which will also fix that issue when starting the game.

safe boot, deleting the folder, reinstalling doesn't work for me, game just shows the pop-up and wont launch, no matter regular or safe boot, anyone got a fix for this bullshit?

my game wont even start, I have the game on steam and ive tried safe booting my pc and opening it that way and it wouldnt open when i tried that way either. I dont even get an error code when it doesn't start. I click play and it opens for like 5 seconds and then closes without saying anything.

This install slog seems worse than I remember. Game launches and then just closes. No error messages, and doing the process of Safe Boot has the same result. Not sure where to go from here as this doesn't seem to be an issue anywhere else.

for some reason i had to download a frame uncapper bc it was stuck at 90 frames. this game got so many issues on pc hopefully h2m is as smooth as it looks!
