Blake lively’s hair is dry AF. I’m a white girl with wavy frizzy dry hair. Growing up they had ZERO products for me. I used to go to the “ethnic” section of Walmart (yes that was the name of the aisle back in the 90s) and buy the brand Pink. It saved my life and my hair. Falling victim to the straight hair trends, I spent years trying to straighten my hair and listen to hair advice from girls like Blake who tell you to not used sulfates, silicones and to wash once a week and use dry shampoo, salon products…My hair was literally a dry ass broomstick. 1 year ago I started following brown women online and learning about hair care, natural hair and listening to their advice on how to treat and maintain hair- my hair is 10x better and healthier than it’s ever been. I realize I do not have the same hair type but just learning from them has helped me so much. They are living 20 years ahead of the mainstream hair industry!
