Day 1: no change but my nose feels relieved
Day 2: I can see a little change after the massage but goes back to normal after 5 minutes
Day 3: I can see more difference and my nose looks smaller and slim (slowly getting there)
Day 4: I woke up and it looks smaller and slimmer so we are getting progress! And the muscles are slightly conditioning

Update✅
About a month later I did this workout again

3weeks doing this workout the results have become more permanent and my nose has gotten way more slimmer!!
Before my nose was wide now my nostrils are small ✅

Every morning I do this workout and about 2 weeks the result started getting effective
So trust me it works it takes time✨🤝

Hi. I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and I am amazed it really does work. I didnt see to much difference at the 2 week mark but today I got my before photo out and wow. I will keep doing this one. When I first started I looked at some of the other nose videos and this is truly the best.
