Pie Dough:
* 500g all purpose flour
* 300g butter
* 1½ teaspoon salt
* ½ cup water

Pie filling

* 500g minced goat meat (0.5kg)
* 1 small sized onion
* 1 little garlic
* 1 medium Irish potato
* 1 carrot
* 1 bell/ chili habanero pepper
* 1 seasoning cube
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon oil or more
* 2 tbsp flour
