Not shallow at all Diane! Thank you I am 72.5 yrs old and need to hear all this! My mom is deceased. I turned to Raquel Welch wigs for hair replacement, and since I have started wearing full luxurious wigs men jump to open doors for me again! My skin needs help now, and I am paying attention to what you have to say! Thank you

Great Show!
I appreciate the review over red light therapy. I also am grateful you shared and were transparent about the bio identical (? Is that what it was) cocktail you got from your Doctor. Synthetics are something I don't do well with in most instances. I've opted for Herbals and foods to handle menopause. It started at 39 for me and now I'm 51. I've not experienced night sweats and have had less than 10 hot flashes. I had that first one and thought- " Nope, I'm not dealing with this again." Estrogen was life and I chose to embrace the foods that would raise it.
I also had a HARD learning curve with natural foods and herbs that BLOCKED estrogen. I felt like a Guinea Pig for 5-6 years but now have a good handle on it and I also self taught myself the lingo from researching so much.

Do you know if there are any negative side effects to red light therapy? Now that the Public has access to home therapy with it I am hoping people will share if they've had anything unexpected besides the wonderful results.
I'm sensitive to a lot of things and extra cautious.

You are a Beautiful Woman and I would never guess you over 60. Thank you for your platform and advice.

Progesterone- it chases and leads Estrogen.

On my own journey I've found it to be equally as important as Estrogen.
Chaste Tree-(side effects are Headaches, so I take 2-3 days then take a day off.) it is also known as Vitex.

Ceylon cinnamon

Both of these are excellent sources to raise Progesterone.
