You have to just hit three players with the ship in a bottle.

You need to do same place where that big ship is in the middle of the map. Grab that, jump and activate thr power of ship. It worked for me there as he showed it.

Using it swimming in the water while jumping worked all 3 times for me, hope that helps someone

For some reason it is not working in team rumble anyway I tried like 4 to 5 times in team rumble not counting and completing I will try it in 0 builds later on

Use it in the deep water by jack and it has to be the one you buy from him

Apparently to Complete this Challenge u must Jump either way it won’t work 😂😂
