Thank you very much, it was very useful for my project. I had to make one change to make the relay work properly, connect the VCC of the relay to the 3.3V output of the controller, located between pins D4 and D5. This way the relay works as expected. Best regards.

Hi SriTu Tech, HC-SR04 or JSN-SRT04T etc work on 5v & so are its logic levels. MCU8266 is essentially a 3.3v board; even the VIN measurs about same. Therefore, is VIN good enough for handling power & logic levels for these sensors? I just keep getting 'Out of Range' or some random readings.
