I don't know about anyone else but I don't remember Marty trying to get out of the way of the car at 2:28, it seems off to me. As for the ring microphone thing, it is possible not to notice it as people are more likely to be looking at what the hand is doing rather than the hand itself. Have you ever noticed on adverts, they sometimes have a 'cute animal' on the screen and you follow its gaze, most often to a telephone number? Same sort of principle.

Well, we have to agree that this whole scene is very detail heavy, we could watch it several times and keep finding new stuff. That makes it hard to be sure of anything.

I suggest the black finger thing resembles old world technology. So the sumerian stone carvings show a 'handbag' and a 'wrist watch' on some of the bearded chaps... The handbag thing was probably the power source for the watch and rumor is it allowed them to open portals to travel between the starforts. In back to the future he is traveling using portals so obviously the creator is teasing us with a hint at old world tech that would be required instead of flux capacitors?
