I take pride in my deer chilli! I sure as hell don't put beans in my chilli as I feel they are an insult to chilli, despite what my family thinks. I wish Alabama Boss could somehow get a taste of my South Carolina deer chilli and give me his honest opinion! Seriously, I'd love to make deer chilli for Alabama Boss to judge! Let's make this happen! I promise it won't disappoint!

Looks good. I'd use pinto beans rather than kidney beans, but that's a personal preference. I'd also make it considerably more spicy, because I love the burn.

Not olive oil, use beef tallow instead.
Burning point of olive oil too low.
Venison really lean, beef tallow or even better bacon fat adds necessary fat.
