I love 32bit. I use a Tentacle Track E with a lav mic. I never worry about setting audio levels anymore. Huge.

Thanks for explaining the concepts for audio profanes, Gopro’s record 32-bit (audio in raw low processing setting) a must for high speed wind, nevertheless it’s very difficult to make wind sound like wind (of course i use wind shield fur) i always wondered how audio technicians manage to make this elusive sound feel natural.

Never used it. Just check my current Mackie Onyx Producer 2/2 does have 32 Bit Float as an option. I will try it for sure. As far as file size, is it twice the file size of 24 Bit? Or less or more?

Well, what if you set it so that none of the takes would clip? Now i can only hear the difference between a clipped and a non clipped signal, not the sonic difference between the two modes.
