A simple video to show the need for a gap wedge in most modern day sets of irons.

I guess you could always choke down on the grip on the PW and hit about 80% effort and see if it works for distance needed.
Having said that I have two gap wedges, a 49 degree and a 52 degree. They are useful for low running chips to an uphill pin placement as well as for full shots into the green.

Hi Dan, thanks for the video, I've got 52 and 60 deg wedges in the bag, I also have a 56 which I would like to use( I have a lot of shots from 50 to about 90 yards) but in order to do this something else has to give, my question is what is the best way of deciding what needs to go? is it simply a case of recording over a few rounds which club is used the least as I have a 5 iron which I hardly ever use but it's the perfect club on the 18th of my regular course with water, forest and out of bounds everywhere....how would you decide if not replacing like for like.thanks regards.
