What Myron is teaching is a great funnel to put any new idea through while in the conception phase before deciding to move forward with it. Understanding what your business is or isn't should let you know if you should dedicate the time and energy to pursing that idea. Great video.

This is the third video of yours that I have seen and I am so grateful to have happened upon your channel. I own a small yardwork company and I found your videos on types of business models, how the poor, middle class and rich think about money differently. I can see how my mindset with regards to money is that of a poor person.

This recently smacked me pretty good as I recently got a new customer and because of my poor mindset about money, I offered service to a property for the same price I charge for a standard property. The reason this was a problem, is that the property in question is 3 to 4 times the size of the standard properties I service. I underbid the property and so this will serve as tuition for the lesson I learned.

Watching your video helped me understand why I undercut myself by so much and it has revealed to me the poor mindset that has kept me stuck at the current level I am at and prevented me from scaling my business. I will be immersing myself in more of your videos and I am in the process of changing my stinking thinking so that I can build the business that I have always only dreamed of.

Real talk.. exactly why I haven’t opened an official business because of all the studies, digging & reading things were not sitting right with me. Each thinking process lead me into paying way more into the business than what you should make back in returns .. watch this video definitely answered a lot of my concerns and glad I’ve bin patient and not rush into things.
