The worst part is, IRL, Hafsa actually liked Hürrem, she cared for her and they were friends! I really hate how the show basically destroyed every female friendship Hürrem had.

Sure, have Hafsa wary of her at first but quickly realize that Hürrem does lover Suleyman and starts warming up to her!

Same thing with Nurbanu and Hürrem: they cared for each other like mother and daughter!

I get that they were trying to set off the whole "she wasn't destined to become this, this and that" and the "the girl fighting against the world" trope but seriously... Hürrem already was in that situation at first!
