This is one of the darkest songs i’ve ever listened to. this song doesn’t have anything that dark in it, but knowing what the song mean in whiplash and knowing that Andrew will go down the same path sean casey just makes this song horrifying in so many ways.

Disconnected

The way the song ends with no resolution, is a great representation of Sean Casey’s life and how it ended mid note.

If you guys like this song, may I suggest "The Crisis" by Ennio Morricone. I wouldn't classify it as jazz, but it does manifest a similar emotion throughout: sweet sorrow.
