Go here to get the model used in the video:

This video is the beginning of a lecture series about how to take your SketchUp Models, and within minutes have them fully rendered in real time inside of UE4 with a clean light bake. Using UE4 as your real time render engine gives you a lot of power. From it, you can quickly generate photorealistic still renderings, real time animations, and also a VR walkthrough using HTC Vive of Occulus Rift. This can all be generated from a simple SketchUp Model as I will demonstrate. The key here is the release of Datasmith for SketchUp, which makes importing models for SketchUp to UE4 seamless and easy.

Software Used:
Unreal Engine 4.20
Unreal Studio + Datasmith for SketchUp
SketchUp PRO

WOW! Great! Finally someone doing some tutorials on this subject. I am a pretty decent Sketchup "artist" but I am new at Unreal Engine 4 but I love it already! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for the useful video :) Could you give more information about setting up the model in sketchup? I'm especially curious about groups vs. components and how I should be organizing my model in sketchup. For example, is it ok to have all interior walls one giant labyrinthine group as long as they are mapped properly in sketchup? Is it a better practice to make each wall a piece of a component? I read in a forum that making each face separate is better for the mapping in ue4 but I can't understand how they could keep a model in order without any grouping.
