Russian missiles attack Odesa; Why Putin is targeting Ukraine's third-biggest city

Scenes of chaos & bloodletting - series of missile strikes on Ukraine’s southern Black Sea port of Odesa. Ukrainian officials stated at least 5, including a 3-month-old infant killed, over 15 people injured in missile strikes. A Ukraine official said Russian forces fired at least six cruise missiles at the city. Earlier, Ukraine’s Southern Air Command said missiles struck a military facility & 2 residential buildings.
