Great job, thanks for sharing.
There are some bits on the editing floor that I wish you hadn't cut but I realise they're not your subject. You go from a view with the flywheel all flat and rusty lonesome to suddenly it's wearing its mountain ski slope -- I cannot figure how to get the fan out of the housing. I suppose it's just a push fit. I've given it a good soak overnight and hope it will separate out if I just ask it nicely.

The scraping is the metal fan shroud. The tabs break off. It’s supposed to be bolted down with 3 bolts

You ah, forgot the head gasket. Don’t worry though, it will let you know as soon as that right stuff gasket maker blows out. Hopefully you don’t sell it to some unsuspecting poor soul before it blows out. Gasket maker is not for head gaskets.

Like most people you don't bother to torque the flywheel bolt... just wonder why. I mean I don't torque wheel nuts but I thought this ought to be done.
