I honestly tired of getting sick all the time, bathing, exercising, eating, literally everything. Is being a teenager suffer like this? And I have to finish school projects by tomorrow and exams 3 whole weeks, while I’m laying on the bed barely moving and crying, though I have to say this too “life sucks” (I know my brain is a mess when getting sick but it’s how I feel every day, I wish I could ask to go to the doctor without getting scared of money and personal reasons)

I've had bad enough headaches to search em up, the closest I can get to eat they r us either it's a cluster headache or a migraine, I'm not sure which

been suffering for 20 years, doctrs never helped except for triptans, I don't want to take triptans anymore, I haven't been taking them but I take Excedrin and the pain comes right back after a couple hours, my pain is behind the crease of both my eyes and also my entire face and neck is tense plus pain along my upper gums, hurts so bad especially near crease in my eyes, please what can I do? will hormones help? what kind?

I get migraines like three times a week sometimes and I woke up with a migraine and now I have a tension headache and my migraine is gone
