Oldest Method of Pesticide Application in Brinjal:

Hi Friends,
Brinjal is an important vegetable throughout the world. Many delicious items are prepared from brinjal which is also known as aubergine too. Few says it as eggplant. This crop suffers a lot from many diseases like Phomopsis blight and pests like fruit and shoot borer, little leaf of brinjal etc. Presently most of the farmers in our areas use to apply pesticide by power prayer. Few years back they used to do it by knapsack sprayer.
Today we found a farmer who was applying insecticide by broom. This method is seldomly found which is not at all good for any crop. Because the droplet size is big as compared to the pore size of leaves.
We are advising the farmers not to follow this method as it is not so satisfactory. Please watch and enjoy.
