Gal Gadot adhered to a strict nutrition plan and practiced like a professional athlete while studying several fighting styles in order to be ready for her role. Wonder Woman put in six hours of rigorous training in the fitness center daily for six months to achieve her toned physique and muscular biceps. She spent two hours working out in the gym, two hours riding horses, and two hours practicing fight moves with her Swedish trainer.
