We paused the game in order to stop and take in what Disney is promoting as its next possible hit? Too soon to tell...we'll wait for the full official trailer to see if any of the musical elements of the animated feature will make this live action version of the warrior princess "Mulan."

MULAN IS NOT AN ORIGINAL STORY BY DISNEY. "The Ballad of Mulan" is a very important folksong in China. It's based on the Original Ballad. Not on the animation.

Definitely no singing. They’re adapting the war legend but you can hear hints of Reflection in the music. This is more accurate to the ballad of Hua Mulan.

Wow what a masterpiece of a trailer from the editing and cinematography to the costumes and visual aesthetics this is gonna be a Disney remake to remember alongside The Jungle Book (2016)

I wish Pat Morita was still around to reprise his role as the emperor from the animated Mulan, still, it's nice to see a different take in the new Mulan.

I think this adaptation of Mulan will follow the Ballad of Mulan more closely than the animated movie. It's been said that Mushu is not in this movie, neither are the other ancestors. I also heard that their will be no singing in this, but as we saw in the teaser, familiar melodies will be played throughout. The live action version of Mulan is shaping up to be a more serious take on the story of Mulan. One that lets her tell her story on her own this time around.
