I believe these girls were from Russia and I heard that Russian people can drink a lot and these girls proved the truth to that. I don't recall ever seeing girls so drunk, having such difficulties to walk, like these two going from Walking Street up to Second Road.

Yikes! That is dangerous. I was hit by a motorcykle in 2nd RD 7am. One way drive. I was out for breakfast. The traffic comes from one direction. I checked. Clear. I started to cross 2nd RD when the motorcykle hit me. The driver was one the side walk. Hence he didn't break the traffic rules, I guess. Check both way. Take nothing for granted and obviously make sure you can take care of yourself. Not like the woman in the video. Safety first.
