Ive seen these lovely ladies in all there clips, its great fun and great fitness, but please dont over think it, just do your best and concentrate on your food intake, if it becomes to technical people shy away, copy this video but let your mind get into movement rather than counting steps....

The front of the foot should strike the ground only so the calf muscle stops the impact on the knees am I right ?
