its so amazing to see others bench press with so much ease and everything looks "tight" and both arms just go up and down in synchronity. me on the other hand, even with just 10lb plate, i struggle so much and my arms shake, i feel so unstable, and the bar path is so uneven. :C

Excellent video. To the point. I have heard people say bend the bar many times before but never understood how I was supposed to bend it. You explained it well. Thank-you.

Thank you so much! I've heard this cue so many times and failed to apply it because I was focusing on the wrong thing. You explaining the wrist action makes all the more clearer. I've tried it with a broom and can already feel the triceps tension and power!
