The Wraith featuring a young Charlie Sheen is a great car film. The story is cool, the characters are all either easily likable or hateable, and the Dodge Turbo Interceptor is probably one of the most unique feature cars ever used in Hollywood. "If you lose the race, you lose your car!"

Gotta say, was a bit disappointed Talladega Nights didn't make this list . It's probably the most accurate Nascar movie ever made 😂 truly captures the culture . Great video mate ❤🐻

I am surprised Tokyo Drift didn’t make it on this list, considering Craig said it’s the most car focused out the saga. Sure it’s cheesy but it showed the car culture in another country that made its way over here. Hmmmm good video regardless!

You forgot Baby Driver. The movie sees the protagonist drive a multitude of cars in action scenes that are made even cooler with how the movie handles the element of music. If you still have doubts, take a few minutes and watch the opening chase scene. Coolest opener I've ever seen in a movie.

I was really happy when "Rush" came out. A modern car movie that did what the old timer movies did, show case cars in a realistic light with a superb story line. Something that would reach a younger audience and maybe spark motorsports back to life like it used to be.

The Italian Job also ended with the original Cliffhanger in the bus as the local laws disallowed showing a heist succeeding on the big screen, accidentally making the perfect ending

Great list. I would have done the original Gone in 60 Seconds instead of the remake, because that movie had a legit 45+ minute nonstop chase scene, and the actor did all his own driving. I would have also added Two Lane Blacktop and Vanishing Point, which is my all-time favorite car movie

I love Ford v Ferrari, Rush, Grand Prix and Le Mans! But if I had to pick one, that one is Grand Prix. Love the story, the racing, the old F1 cars and above all, the fact that they put a camera on an f1 car during an actual F1 grand prix filming the race.

I think you should have added Vanishing Point (1971), Taxi (1998) and Christine (1983). The gas station scene in the last one is still one of my favorite stunts of all time. A stunt man drove a burning car out of a burning gas station and then some. Must have been crazy to shoot that scene!

A very solid list Craig, though I am curious if you've ever seen Baby Driver. It did so much that we wished the F&F franchise just hasn't done in ages. The first 6 minutes of the movie is just a master class in stunt driving.

My favorite car movie is the ORIGINAL gone in 60 seconds.
Directed, acting, editing, and driven by H.B.Halicki.
Movie run time is 1h 45min while the chase scene is 48 min. NO CGI, NO stunt men, NO camera tricks.

Happy to see Ronin on the list, like The Transporter not particularly a 'car' movie but lots of good driving action. Definitely worth checking out, good cast too.

Duel, crazy chase scenes.
Need for Speed, good looking cars, and hauling ass.
Gumball, great comedic value, and a roaring Cobra.
The Wraith, Charlie Sheen in a Dodge pacecar prototype.
Vanishing Point, the original one.
I'm sure there are some more. But the F&F7, bleah, it was more looking at a car show combined with a takeover, rather than a car movie.

Ronin is by far and away my favourite of those mentioned, and it's also an excellent film. The 'Ordi S8' sequence down the narrow streets was incredible.
I also think Death Race 2000 would be an honourable mention. Points for mowing down geriatric pensioners is worth the entrance fee alone!
