I have had important conversations just this week with woman who are cancer survivors. They shared with me some of things you have shared in your past and present content.
On woman's health issues.
Moreover, how they are keeping busy with more creative pursuits. Staying very active. While taking care of their families, You are greatly appreciated Reggie. Everyday is a gift and time is so precious. It is just confirmation to me that each day, and every little step I take towards my health and wellness journey is well worth it in the long run. Self care is Very Important if for no other reason because we don’t want to be a Burden to others as we Age!

Love this! Doing my 10 min walk in the AM and after dinner. Sometimes I add a weighted vest. Also, enjoy meditation (AM) and my gratitude journal (PM). Just little things to center me each day.
