Recipe (20 cm pan):
4 eggs
100g sugar
120g almond flour
80g crushed pistachios
60g melted butter
1 tablespoon rose water or orange blossom water

1️⃣Whisk the eggs and sugar together for 2-3 minutes.
2️⃣Add the almond flour, pistachios, melted butter, and your chosen flavoring. Mix well.
3️⃣Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. The center of the cake should be slightly jiggly.
4️⃣Decorate with powdered sugar and a few pistachio bits.
