A Taste of Kigali, Rwanda : Cooking local African food

Seven dishes under 2 and a half hours ?
During my brief stay in Rwanda a few weeks ago, I was fascinated by the way people live in peace and harmony.  My love for their delicious cuisine made me curious and led me to The Nyamirambo women's centre ( NWC).  This centre empowers women with skills like cooking, sewing and weaving. 
It all started at 09:00 with an introduction from Mary the project manager of  the centre. After which we walked to a nearby market,  bought the food and walked to Aminatha's house to start the cooking process.  By mid day , 7 delicious dishes had been cooked and we all sat down to savour them.
