I have been removing slugs from my beds and found quite a few when checking all my pots and trays before using them. I have already purchased the edding 750 it works very well. Great to see everything coming together Terry with your plantings, square foot gardening, flowers and I love your wild life area. Thanks for the video take care.

Spring is on its way Terry and your planting out is under way, i must say it always looks so prepared and waiting, whilst here Autumn arrived with Autumnal weather yesterday rather cool last night but sunny today with a coolish sea breeze. I had a day working in our patio, digging two daphnes out of long but narrower planter boxes to put into grow bags so roots less congested I prepared the vacated planters and transplanted some of my seedlings, whilst doing all that I came across a sort of praying mantis creature, ah is that what’s been nibbling the beans to the main stem I wonder, rather friendly chap too. I have some gorgeous big capsicums on one plant, already picked a ripe one, two year old so hoping it will again last through winter outdoors like it did last. Some red tomatoes a lovely sight fir sore eyes, grown outdoors, just hope the others will follow and turn red soon. An abundance of lettuce, the dahlias look like they have finished so May cut back and see what happens, grown from seed so if they don’t revive next year that’s ok they were one of my biggest successes this year. I put some potatoes under the house in basket trolley, have never spotted a mouse/rat under there, enclosed area but when I went to get some for dinner, something ate half of nearly every one, four trays gone, thought as out the trolley on a crate it would be safe, dark and dry and cool, lucky some self seeded ones were harvested out of a big above ground garden bed I had filled with compost to finish breaking down so had some nice baby new potatoes for dinner. I guess that’s under the house out and today I can smell mouse….yep time for some traps to be purchased before they get into the insulation bath.
Well that’s me Terry all the best watch that back mind mine is letting me know me it’s here this afternoon

I’m going to introduce square foot gardening at Shed Heads, that way lots of people get the chance to grow on their own wee space 😀 thank you for your constant inspiration 😍

Slugs are such a pain aren't they. It's always good to start planting out. Your onion looking good, weather getting windy and cold

Nice job done on the square bed and the large bed. Ouch on the splinter! Thanks for the reminder on that pen name. Plan to get a couple for this season. No visit from the robin Ihis time. Stay safe my friend.

Enjoyed this Terry ! V inspiring with sq foot gardening. The Pak Choi are such slug magnets here, interesting to see how they go there. Strawberry’s are ready to go too 🍓🍓 All the best, Hugh 👍🏼

That pak choi looks great. We noticed the amount of space you give your onions. Fresh put of stickers, but that was a decent sliver!! Garden looks great Terry!!
Cheers Jason and Colleen 🌱🌱🌞🤞

Slugs have had my carrot seedlings in the poly that I directly sowed in the border, , I’m going to sow some more seeds and this time put strips of black plastic, using old compost bags, between the rows then I can reveal the little blighters and over the hedge they go, , had some cooked sprout tops with tea tonight, , they were a real treat, ,,, may be something to try in future to up your greens and keep you and Mrs K regular and in fine fettle , , 🥬🥬🥬, , best wishes, Lisa
