This is something I struggle with lots along with major overthinking which leads to procrastination. I KNOW deep inside as humans we can achieve anything. Some days I feel on top of the world and some days I don’t even want to get out of bed.

The quote “99% of life is just believing in yourself to figure challenges out as they come” is very apt. I started realising this and it’s made me so much more content.

We can’t control the past, we only have this moment and a general direction / plan / vision of where we want to go. Ultimately it’s up to US how we use that time.

Funnily enough I was just listening to Sadhguru and he was talking about a similar subject. He said if you can align four dimensions (physical body, mind, emotions and fundamental energies of life) in one direction then you can manifest a reality of your choosing. Possibly the most critical factor to this happening is belief.
