For anyone who feels discouraged by the number of books they’ve read in comparison - I read during MOST of my free time (working a full time job) and I usually only read around 2 or 3 books a month. Even at about 25% of what Des has read, everyone in my life thinks I read excessively. Then again, the people I’m surrounded by tend to not read for fun at all, but still. Best wishes to everyone in the new year!
