Settle the illegal immigrants residing in Assam in West Bengal, Gujarat, UP etc. Then we have no problem with CAA. Assam is already carrying the burden of people who came to India between 1951 to 1971. While in every other state the cut off date for identifying illegal immigrants is 1951, in Assam it is 1971.
