The concept of multiverses is also brought up in stories of Krishna and his friends' abduction by Brahma. When surprised to see them still there in brindavan, he finally asked Krishna himself. Then he (Lord Brahma) was explained the concept of multiverses and shown other universes with other Brahmas.

Also Sage Kakbushungi saw multiple different endings of both the Ramayan and Mahabharat wars as he was awarded the ability to travel through time and and space. Obviously he had visited alternate universes.
