Edit: I do wanna make it clear I'm not on the side of the guy in the video, he's a stupid ass hat and should probably get arrested for harassment of he continues to go around doing thing knowingly to bug and waste people's time and use them for content, because by all means that is harassment, my issue is that rather than put much care into customer service the employee said "we don't take things like that" and then started telling him to leave and almost immediately threatened police, and if this guy was actually genuine then it provides a bad experience to the customer and results in a bad image on the store.

Working in retail I know that calling the cops for crap like this usually means they'll never show up or take a long time getting there. Better to save your calls for legit stuff like CEO slayers getting a McMuffuin.
