As someone who worked at a GameStop let me tell you you nailed this if there was even a small dent in a console it had to be marked as damaged and do to the strict rules many customers would get pretty upset and I didn’t blame them I would give them the location of another store that doesn’t low ball or told them to sell it on Facebook marketplace
