❓❔ Deleting a partition is a destructive operation, but that doesn't mean you have to lose the data it contains.

❓❔ Deleting a partition without losing data
Deleting a partition is a destructive operation, effectively erasing all the data in the partition. This is easily handled by copying that data elsewhere prior to the delete and then restoring it to the desired location when done.

This video was pretty informative, and helps a ton.
Unlike any other tutorial, you go step by step, but break down what the options mean/do instead of just throwing new apps, or speeding through things.

You actually take the time to explain what each option is in simpler words. You make it easier for someone who isn't knowledgeable in technology to better understand the nature of each action is, since alot of terms/language used in management/other PC settings can be intimidating to some because it is either hard to understand when you can only look at the words digitally with no real world reference to what you're doing.

Seriously wish more people would do what you do, and make subjects like messing with software/hardware easier to grasp instead of expecting me to know everything... Behavior like that is almost like a lawyer working against their client: it is agitating, and is plain counter productive to the task at hand.

Had to delete the volume, and instead of having to delete the partition; it simply transitioned into unallocated space (new drive). I couldn't transition the unallocated space to the formatted section, the space on it was minimal so instead of trying to force it through other means, I formatted the much larger space instead XD

Ok, trying to figure a couple of things here. Why "copy" the partition's files when you could "cut and paste" instead? Then the partition would at least be empty? You'll be needing that 'room' because you originally thought you did as it was?
Also, why use a "tool" to "move partitions around" when you could just copy the material in the "in the way" one, or ones, then delete the partition(s) and have the one you'll need be next to the C partition then? Afterwards, you can create any new partition(s) you need in the correct sizes and that way delete the one single partition desired? I am a simple old man who loves teaching myself though careful listening. Am I missing something?
