What is going on with YouTube ?? For the last 2 weeks or so when i am watching it jumps around, some commercials pop in for several seconds, then it goes black for about a minute or two, It is just a mess and unwatchable. I tried to cantact YouTube and could not do it.

Not so sure about salmon...In most countries salmon is farmed and it's fed with lots of chemicals 🤢

As a senior, l don’t eat anything on your list. Don’t like them. Still do triathlons, fit as a fiddle. My mother only has carrots and tomatoes on your list, she is 92.
We didn’t have the jab. That helps.

Wow! Hmm. Not really. If you ate nothing but these foods you would probably die. The salmon might save you and turmeric is good. As for the rest if you just ate that you would be dead for sure and would certainly kill your cat. Forget this trendy crap get some real food into you. I am 74 and am fitter and healthier than the average 40 year old. Except for turmeric and fish (not salmon very often) I don't eat any of this and I don't get arthritis or aching joints. Hmmm Wonder why? One food on this list is the absolute worst for inflammation. Just saying.
