I'm 55. Two children. One grand daughter.. I feel great. I bike, roller skate, and swim. I do not take any medications, nor do I have any work such as plastic surgery.. keep up the good work. Take care of yourself.. That's an awesome video!

This explains your Youthfulness 🌹 My Father use to say "Your body was made to MOVE" ⭐ He lived to be 96 years young. He walked daily & exercised everyday. He was blessed by God, took care of himself he was a Blessing to his family. ❤.

Nikol, I’m in Awe of your Fluidity in Movement, as well as your Core Strength! Looking Wonderful as you do is one thing but more importantly you are SUCH an Inspiration to keep seeing ourselves as a Work in Progress, literally MOVING forward at our own Pace but not sitting still. I’m 24 and I happened to stumble across your page because I love fashion and I fell in love with your closet and outfits. But I must say as much as I continue to admire your outfits, I’ve gained so much more from following you. In an age where everyone is acting like the good life ends at 35 and all content is anti ageing content, you make me look forward to what’s to come more than ever. You’re a great example for teenage and younger women of what a big role intention and hard work plays in shaping your life and person. And I will also say I love reading all the older women’s comments who are well into their 70’s and are still happy and enjoying life to the fullest and sharing their experiences. It is so insightful and inspiring. Love being able to be part of this community and gain so much knowledge from women of all ages and walks of life !

Right there with you, Nikol. I turned 50 in December and working out is something I'm so grateful I'm able to do and enjoy. I really feel the difference after I do it every time. I also got to celebrate last year leading up to it, with some special treats and family and friends who really showed up for me, truly blessed and thankful for all that, and for every day God allows me to be here ❤❤❤ I wish you a very happy year as you reach your 50th 😊 Blessings!

Movement is life! When we cease to move, we make the decision to cease to live! I agree with you and go to the gym for 2-3 hours two or three days each week! I can do other things at home in addition to this. 😊❤
