It’s mid-summer and the Peonies have finished blooming which means it’s time to prune! Watch this video with Noelle, Horticulturist and Education Director with Petitti Garden Centers, to learn the proper way to prune Peonies as well as the proper time to fully cut back and transplant if necessary. It’s important to prune your Peonies after they finish blooming because you don’t want them to set seeds and pull energy away from their tubers. Remember to feed your Peonies after pruning to put energy into the tuber to make it even better in the coming years.
