I heard that something like "body isolation" is very important for beginners. could you make video about it? (especially about how to make circle based on body isolate). please! love you! <3

I can do the first move with my right foot but not with my left foot, everytime I try to do it on left foot by raising it, I just lost my balance or I could not make it for long . 🙁 Btw Thanks for the video 😃
