Dear Dr. My name is Moses I am a 21 yrs old and am an obese male. Recently I had a blood work panel for testosterone, thyroid function, prolactin, prostate specific antigen, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and free testosterone. My total Testosterone Level is at 181 ng/dl. I am experiancing symptoms of e.d, tiredness, and mostly weakness and loss of libidio . I also have High levels of prolactin, low levels of Luteinizing hormone, low levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, Low levels of free testosterone. I feel concerned today I happened to come across your channel and I had a few questions in regards to my situation, as I have researched my level of testosterone is low; but I have also researched that in obese males the levels can be different due to aromatase converting testosterone into estradiol. I don’t know if this is true and if so how much would losing weight contribute to having back a normal level of testosterone? I would appreciate if you could please help me answer these concerns that I have and thank you in advance.

How about testosterone therapy. So many MD's are clueless when it comes to steroids. They have low knowledge base. They wont prescribe in fear of their license because it's had negative publicity from body builder abuse. (Nor use it for birth control. WHY?) Women on the other hand get steroids for birth control and menopause all the time. This stuff needs to change!
