This is more like the syllabus for the 101 class. Would love a breakdown and comparisons of the different desqueeze factors (1.33 through 2x)

The actual Iris it not an oval. You should know that.
This oval look is a function of the glass.
What you are describing is fake anamorphic or AnamorFake.
