Thank you for the detailed review. I don’t understand why Dell can’t put a 120Hz panel for the 4k option like Razer & Asus do. I game sometimes aside from using the laptop for photography works, so having a high refresh rate would be nice. I cancelled my order once, but reordered the M17 R4 today with i9, RTX 3080, 4k screen, 2T m.2, CherryMX keyboard for $3515 (they have Spring promotion this week, 4/3/21).

Good luck with their customer support. My girlfriend has important problems, screen bleeding, dented surface, weird que qr code sticker on the surface with no explanation, bluescreen crashes, no good hinges, absent support, among others... She submitted a complaint to the BBB and even that route dell is not cooperating, we are going to escalate the complaint.. Look at the review rates of Dell and that's enough. Before buying do research, think and take a wise desision
