Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite Review

A small lightweight blade that will take the abuse. I see it as the workhorse around the house, the knife to “take one for the team” and prolong some of your other EDC blades.

I totally agree on the idea of the use fof the knife. Something to have in the kitchen drawer, toolbar, toolbox, or glove box of your vehicle. Ready to handle about any utility job. Great review man.

I've carried one of those for about a decade. Great utility knife for office work and knarly personal defense tool.

Still disappoints me that cold steel discontinued these. I had one and it got stolen years ago. Couldn’t even find them on eBay, etc...randomly checked Amazon the other day and they had 2 in stock. I thought it must have been a mistake because they have been out of circulation for ages. Turns out they really did somehow get their hands on a few. Immediately placed an order. The lock on these are incredible and they don’t loosen up. Damn you cold steel, bring it back!

cheap blade or expensive utility knife depends on how you look at it. Definitely has a place in the tool box. As a whole I like that Cold Steel exists and creating the varied catalog of solid tools at entry level prices. Great review.

I know I'm a little late with my comments, but thanks for this video. Unfortunately, the Mini Tuff Lite was discontinued a few years ago. But the regular Tuff Lite (slightly larger version) is still offered, and in many handle colors. It's a fantastic work blade. My wife keeps stealing mine for various projects :-) I agree that I would love to see a version offered in D2!

I enjoy the smaller/sleeker knives that maintain a useable handle. Personally waiting on CRKT to release the large pilar. Great review no less!
