I realized it's extremely selfish of me to be frustrated with the "algorithm" not pushing my content out. It's not the fault of the algorithm, it's what the viewers want to watch. It's like putting out a broken product in your store, then being upset when customers don't buy it. I've fully accepted that whatever content I put out, the results I see are a direct reflection of the quality of the content I created. From the video quality, titles, and thumbnails; it's ALL on me to provide viewers with quality content. I refuse to blame an algorithm for my potential weaknesses. It's a hard pill to swallow, but I have to take full accountability for this YouTube journey. Best of luck everyone!

I don't worry much about the algorithm yet. My focus is trying to increase the value of my content.
I know and love what I do, but lack in delivery. CTR and average watch time are slowly increasing as I sit down and come up with a plan, storyline and outlined script for each video before filming.

Attitude plays so much into this. If you think the algorithm is out to get you and you can't win, that negative attitude isn't going to motivate you to create better content or adapt. If you don't think you can win on YouTube why bother? You have to think you can be successful so it'll drive you to create, adapt, and learn.
