Felix Rösch — Berceuse (Official Music Video)

Like all tracks on my new album 'piano', this track started as a free improvisation on one of my YouTube music production live streams and eventually developed into this delicate and gentle lullaby — hence the name. It's one of my favorite tracks from the album and lots of fun to play! Hope you enjoy.

The ‘Piano’ album meshes fluid piano improvisations with carefully constructed layers of analog synthesizers and delicate string arrangements and was entirely produced live on YouTube.

The whole EP started as a series of piano improvisations live on stream. Subsequently, the entire creation of this EP – from its very first sketches to the recording, mixing, and mastering process took place on 60+ live streams over the course of six months.

Having an audience joining in and contributing to this truly personal and volatile process felt incredibly liberating and very much changed the way I think about making music today.
