The Chilling Case of Karabo Mokoena

True Crime: This is the chilling story of Karabo Mokoena and Sandile Mantsoe. Karabo was an advocate for women's rights, but in April 2017 she would find herself trapped in the very evil she had been campaigning against. Sandile Mantsoe was a forex trader, and supposedly rich, but to add to his list of damning characteristics, Sandile was actually in debt by the tens of thousands. He was coined as "The Devil in disguise" by a judge in his trial.

So ironic that a woman who probably helped so many others find the strength to leave abusive relationships found herself with an abusive narcissist. Ive had my own experience with one and they can be very charming, but underneath is a shell of a man with little empathy. My heart goes out to her. May she rest in peace... It's so ironic how Karabo fell victim to the very thing she fought so passionately for with other women. Just goes to show how hard it is to move away from abusive relationships sometimes. It can become all consuming, even for the strongest of people.
