iPhones have a new feature that lets you measure anyone's height instantly. You just open the Measure app, point it to a person and you can see the height.

This only works with iPhones that have LiDAR sensors aka iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Share this with friends who pretend to be 6ft when they are indeed 5"4.

There's another way to measure height with an iPhone. Drop the phone from the height of the person. If the phone survives then the person is short, if not the person is tall.

You should mention that this feature works only on Pro and Pro Max models of iPhone 12, 13 & 14.

Only the ones with lidar sensor work properly i.e. the pro models, the non-pro models really struggle in measuring height
