That was the most intense shower I've ever taken in my life.

So my friend and I were listening to this while we were hanging out; I had played the game, he had not and after we listened to the track he said,
"So I'm guessing this is the Final Boss's theme?"
And I said,
"No, this is the _first_ Boss's theme."

It's amazing how the song literally starts like a holy choir singing you to welcome the challenge but the songs goes significantly more demented and twisted.
It's a nice touch to the horror of Bloodborne and speaks for the story itself that all that is regarded as holy is powerless to the forces we are dealing with.
You are truly on your own. Not even god is on your side.
