"You valued your property more than their life!"
They also valued my property more than their own life.

"But he doesn't call the cops, instead, he grabs his samurai sword"
That's one way to open up a video

“The burglar ATTACKS the man.”
“Was the killing justifiable? Not so easy to answer is it?”

You literally just said he attacked the homeowner and the homeowner defended himself. You actually literally defined self defense.

Yes, I'm all for self defense. A wise man once told me, "I'd rather be judged by 12, than carried by 6!"

"Not so easy to answer is it?"

Actually its a resounding yes to justified bc he was being attacked by an intruder

The jury needs to know that, if they were in the same position, where a robber tried to stab them and they didn’t defend theirselves in any way or form, then they wouldn’t be alive to even take part as a jury in court.

The second scenario, the man should be charged of murdering a man, for they were unthreatening, and since they were probably nowhere near his house, he is guilty

You need to be a special kind of someone to believe two kids in costumes that rang your doorbell on Halloween are a threat. How do you not connect the dots is beyond me.

I believe that if you break in someone's home, whatever happens to you is your fault because you had no business there in the first place.

“Accidentally killed burglar”
He stabbed the burglar 17 times
The burglar is probably named Caesar

"It's not that easy to answer, is it?" No it's pretty easy to answer, yes that scenario was justified and no the man in my eyes committed no crime by defending his life and home from a man who broke in to his house armed with a knife.

I honestly believe that if someone is able to defend themself and their property with lethal force then people will not attempt to rob houses and to be more careful when approaching property
